Refund Policy

Translations are provided for convenience; the English version is authoritative.

1. Who processes payments

Piccap subscriptions are sold through our online reseller Paddle.com, which acts as merchant of record for all orders. Paddle appears on your payment statement, issues your invoices, and processes refunds on our behalf.

2. Refunds on new subscriptions

If Piccap is not what you expected, contact us within 14 days of your first purchase and we will refund it in full. Tell us briefly what went wrong; it helps us improve, but a refund inside this window does not depend on the reason.

3. Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically, and renewal receipts are emailed to you. If a renewal charge was unintended, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review it fairly; unused renewal periods are normally refunded. To avoid unwanted renewals, cancel before the billing date from your account settings.

4. How to request a refund

Contact us at the address below from the email on your account, or use the link in your Paddle receipt. Include the email you subscribed with so we can find the transaction.

support@piccap.co

5. Processing time

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by Paddle, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

6. Cancelling instead

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancelling stops future charges and your plan remains active until the end of the period you have paid for; no partial refunds are issued for the remainder of a billing period outside the windows described above.
