1. What this notice covers
This notice explains what information Piccap ("we", "us") collects when you use piccap.co (the "Service"), how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the Service and not to third-party sites we link to.
2. Information we collect
- Account information. Your name, email address, and profile picture, provided by you or by Google when you sign in with a Google account.
- Your content. The designs, images, and files you create or upload, stored so the Service can function.
- Usage and device data. Basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, and how the Service is used, collected to operate, secure, and improve it.
- Billing information. Payments are processed by Paddle.com as merchant of record. We receive subscription status and transaction references; we never receive or store your full card details.
3. How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
- authenticate you and keep your account secure;
- send transactional email such as sign-in, billing, and subscription notices;
- respond to support requests;
- comply with legal obligations.
If you sign in with Google, the name, email address, and profile picture Google provides are used only to create your Piccap account, sign you in, and show your profile. We do not use Google account data for any other purpose, and we do not share it beyond the providers described below.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Cookies and local storage
We use cookies and browser storage for essential purposes: keeping you signed in, remembering preferences such as language and theme, and securing authentication flows. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
5. Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us run the Service, such as cloud hosting and file storage, payment processing (Paddle.com), and transactional email delivery. These providers process it on our behalf and under contractual obligations. We may also disclose information if required by law.
6. Data retention and deletion
We keep your information for as long as your account exists. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal information and your content within a reasonable period, except where we must retain records for legal or accounting reasons.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below and we will respond within the time required by applicable law.
8. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice from time to time. If a change is material we will notify you, for example by email or an in-product notice, before it takes effect.
